1921 : the Argeville estate, a 90-hectare plantation of roses and of tuberoses, is established in the town of Mougins.
1936 : the Argeville Company makes a name for itself in flower extract manufacturing and launches its own perfume compositions.
1940 : Argeville starts to expand rapidly.
1981 : Jean-Jacques Ardizio establishes the group internationally by focussing on biotechnology in producing original raw materials.
1996 : founding of the European Extraction Laboratory (LEE), a subsidiary specialising in processing aromatic plants, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale.
2004 : foundation of the first fragrances division.
2011 : 1, 200 m2 state of the art production site put into operation dedicated exclusively to food fragrances, Argeville Flavour SAS registered office.
Opening of offices in Guangzhou, New York and Bangkok. Fanny and Xavier Ardizio are now continuing their father’s work, ready to take on the challenges of a continually-developing sector, while preserving the high standards and quality requirements associated with the Argeville name.
Manufacture is mostly automated thanks to two Roxane A and Roxane K and C technology.
